Kapil Thakral brings over 6 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and compliance, making him a valuable addition to the leadership team at Premium Finlease Pvt. Ltd. With a robust foundation in statutory audits, GST, income tax, and financial reporting, he has consistently demonstrated excellence across corporate and consulting roles. He has held pivotal positions, including Accounts Manager at Malik Autoworks Pvt. Ltd. and Finance Manager at RF India, where he led teams, streamlined reporting processes, coordinated with banks and auditors, and managed government compliance, including DGFT and GST mandates. Kapil has filed over 150 income tax returns and 100+ GST returns, handled end-to-end audits, and led financial planning across various sectors including exports, manufacturing, and service enterprises. Currently pursuing CA Final Group 2, and holding a B.Com from Kurukshetra University, Kapil combines technical expertise with hands-on experience in MIS reporting, payroll, and business compliance. His deep knowledge of accounting standards, tax frameworks, and financial systems strengthens our finance operations as we scale into new markets and deepen our commitment to responsible lending.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Law, and Business Administration, equipping him with a robust academic foundation in finance, legal frameworks, and business strategy. Ravi's professional journey includes a significant nine-year association with Citi group, where he gained deep exposure to underwriting standards and processes. He further honed his expertise during a decade-long association with Fullerton, contributing to various facets of retail lending. His leadership and analytical capabilities were also instrumental in his roles at Veritas Finance, where he spent three years managing credit functions with a focus on rural and semi-urban markets. His on-ground experience across diverse geographies—including Haryana, West Bengal, Odisha, Jharkhand, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Mumbai, Chennai, and Hyderabad—has enriched his understanding of regional credit behaviors and market dynamics. Ravi brings a strategic and risk-balanced approach to credit, with a strong track record in designing and implementing credit policies, improving portfolio quality, and supporting business growth through sound credit practices.
